While the Corn Island beaches are the most popular in Nicaragua, there are others like the beaches on Miskito Cays that manage to stay remote. 1. Otto Beach, Little Corn Island

There are many beaches on Little Corn Island, but Otto Beach is one of the most favorite beaches in Nicaragua amongst beach lovers. Besides, the beach itself is postcard-perfect, showcasing shark-fin-shaped rock formations and a protected jungle cove. Santo Domingo Beach stretches for 4 kilometers and is said to be the only sandy beach that is easily accessible on the eastern side of Ometepe Island. It is one of the prime vacation destinations on the island due to the many accommodation options available nearby. 8. Las Peñitas
