Although there are six parks in Rawalpindi alone, the Nawaz Sharif Park is the biggest and the most popular one. Donated by and named after the former Prime Minister of Pakistan, Mr. Nawaz Sharif, it extends across a huge area and has two gates. There is a cemented pavement which is frequents by people to walk or jog. The joggers form the majority of the visitors to this park. There is also a small play area for children, complete with swings, slides and benches. Small animals like ducks, rabbits and peacocks can also be found here.  You can see kids running across the park at all times of the day, especially sunset.
